Bailey's opened in November 2006, at 62 Maryland Avenue in Annapolis, right down the street from the State Capitol. The shop was named after Mrs. Bailey who lived behind the owners grandparents in Columbia, South Carolina. Always the picture of how a lady should dress Mrs.Bailey was never caught in anything less than a full ensemble. She is the perfect representation of how a woman should dress and carry herself.
